Hunter Rogers, President
Hunter obtained a degree in construction management from Oklahoma State University (Okmulgee Campus). After graduating, Hunter worked as a superintendent for Cowen Construction, Inc. The experience at Cowen developed a particular expertise in concrete construction. Hunter rapidly drew the interest of many local General Contractors with fast, professional service, and helped the Arrow Construction Division bring a number of projects to successful conclusions. He decided to start his own business in 2003 and has rapidly developed a strong, competent staff and growing concrete business. Hunter and his crew hold many certifications related to the construction industry, and continually seek out modern and innovative techniques to employ in the daily operations of the company. Today Hunter remains the point man in the field, interacting with his clients, overseeing the project foremen and ensuring attention to detail, quality and timeliness at the jobsite.

Steve Raiber, Project Manager/Estimator
Steve has over 20 years of experience in concrete construction and, as lead estimator, assists in bidding all projects, oversees office operations and assists in managing some larger projects. For project estimating, value engineering or consultation we are your source for information in the local concrete market.

Field Supervisors
Additional, supervisory staff includes six field superintendents. Each of these quality foremen has in excess of 10 years of experience in the concrete field.

Employees
Heritage Concrete employs some of the most qualified journeymen in northeast Oklahoma. Many personnel have been with Hunter since the inception of his company, and additionally he can field crews in excess of forty men to tackle the largest projects.
